Human Rights Management Declaration

Daesang prioritizes “Respect for Humanity” as its core management philosophy, fulfilling its corporate social responsibility and pursuing sustainable development through active human rights management. We hereby declare our Human Rights Management as the code of conduct and value standard to be observed by all employees of Daesang Corporation.

To protect and promote the human rights of employees and stakeholders, Daesang operates a grievance handling system that enables reporting and corrective measures for human rights violations or potential breaches of laws and internal regulations.

Upon receiving a report, we conduct fact-finding and investigation procedures, discuss specific remediation plans, and implement corrective actions.

The grievance handling system prioritizes victim protection, ensuring strict confidentiality and prohibiting any retaliation or disadvantage to whistleblowers or stakeholders.
